Ok now, are you joking? Cause I seriously want some wheels like that. No curb feelers though.

I have had wheels like those in mind for my car because I just thought that gold/bronze wheels would go great with my color. I have a few different brands and styles in mind but I need to find some in 18 or bigger. I have to get lowering springs first though. I refuse to put wheels on and still be riding like a 4x4. I don't want to be "that guy". All in good time. i refuse to make hasty appearance descisions that I may regret later.

See, and I think that lowering the car looks dumb. And so do wheels that are too big.

I just want to lose some of that gap between the tires and the wheel opening. And I really wouldn't go bigger than 18 on the wheels. Like I said, I need do do some research and see what will look the best, Maybe 16s and a 1-2 inch drop will get me where I want to be.

Umm, stick with the 17s 18s, and the wheel gap is there so that you can have suspension travel and proper clearance over curbs and bumps. You can always lower it, and then keep repairing your front end every year. Or be like me, and don't even keep a car for a year.

Really? I would have thought that the car would breathe much better up there...

Saw a yellow SS/SC parked at the chandler mall today,(round 10:00 PM) nothing appreciably different about it.

Also saw a black LT 4-dr with blacked out lights painted black bow-ties and either 17 or 18" Konigs. At Safeway on Chandler and 40th.
