by dynoing u can find out where ur powerband is and know what rpm to shift at. to help u race better? i know i dynoed my cavy and i found where to shift it and with just intake and cat back i went from a 16.5 to a 16 flat. and i can take my friends cavy with catback only and do a 16.0xx.

I guess it's like, why do i feel the need to run every car i own down a quarter mile at least once? I just wanna know the numbers! Curiosity.... (13 people dont have it, lol)
True about the 25 cars trying to dyno. If it takes about 30 minutes for each car, it's gonna take a while.

we'll see then if there's any spare time i might dyno for the hell of it
so do i have to be doing the **** on the car though or somebody else does it?
never been to a dyno before so idk haha

Assuming you are not getting false knock from a faulty knock sensor the cure for your KR problem is the 50/50 gas/E-85 mix. Nick's car used to knock on 9-10* of timing. Now he is running 26* with no knock.

What do you mean overall? Like throughout the rpms? I mean your max is going to be the same thats all that counts right? Guy with the most timing wins! hahha
