Keep in mind that the rides must be clean and if the exterior has been modified it must be tastefully done. It was made specific to some of us that stayed late that rice must be a no show as they don't want people coming in with an ironing board for a wing or primer as the car color.

Okay, here is where we are...

I won't give out names yet, because we are still making things work...

I will know more tomorrow...

I've been talking with a Cobalt/Ion parts supplier who is very interrested in coming.
They are working closely with a dealer who is interrested in coming.
I have a hotdog vendor that is being lined up.
I have a snow cone vendor that is being lined up.
If the first dealer says yes for sure, I will be trying to work with them to let me invite one more who is also interrested.

I have two other auto vendors I have to contact, and if it goes the way it has been...they'll come for sure.

The raffle is looking like its a go if things keep going the way they are...If the talks I've had are any indication, the prizes will make people weep who don't show up!

We are working on some stuff for the kids, so let me know who plans to bring them. I need to know whether its worth it.

I want to clarify one thing...This is free to you and any vendor/company wanting to come. The only thing needed is a certificate of liability or you have to sign a liability release we will supply. This includes everyone. It only releases BigLots/mall management from liability of damage/injury not caused by those named.

This thing is going to be huge!

Stay tuned!!!

UPDATE

Okay guys, here's a little motivation for ya:

Tim has been talking with JP3 Motorsports about the meet, and we just found out today that they will be comming out to see us all. Also they will be bringing a few things.

They will be bringing the following:
-A set of R1 racing seats, that will be for sale.
-A set of wheels that will be on display.
-A nitrous kit for the ecotec motor, not sure which one, will be for sale
-A Nissan 240sx w/SR20DET swap
-Wide body BMW 3 series coupe
-1981 C10 pickup, not sure on the mods, but it'll be cool.
-Also they will bring a kenwood CD player that we will hold a drawing for.
-If turnout is big enough They will be holding a drawing for a set of either coilovers, or drop springs, i'm not sure. Everyone that wants in the drawing will need a $20 donation. All proceeds go towards an army veteran donation.

There will also be an Army recruiter comming and he will be bringing:

-One of the rock climbing walls
-A football toss thing, I've never seen one of these, but somebody might know what it is.

We're still working on the dealerships.
-Saturn of Tempe to bring out the Redline cars
-Thorobred Chevrolet to bring out the SS line of cars.

Most of the mall is closed on weekends. Most of it is medical or government offices. So we have most of the extended lot to use. I will do what is needed to make everything fit. We have about 300 spaces to use, not including whats used for customers.

No, not free, but these aren't the cheap crappy hot dogs either. I think we're working something out to give some of them away, like a few each hour or something.
