I work M-F so it would be difficult for me to get out there. It's also about a 1hr + drive for the both of us.

Nope, changed to full 2.5" when I got the flowmaster. They just cut the flowmaster off and welded the magnaflow in its place.

Dude I really can't afford the gas to drive way the hell out there! I'd like to go, but I just can't afford it, plus I don't really like the way speedworld is set up. The ET slip booth is way far from the end of the track and its just not a clearly marked track. Plus if you get stuck in the right lane you get water on your tires from the burnout box or scrape the wall avoiding the water. Why don't you come down to firebird on friday? One more thing, theres a gas station close to firebird that sells 101 octane gas.

Are you going to get aftermarket axles or are you just going to stick with the stock ones?

Steve's clutch broke, atleast thats what I concluded it was. Sounded like all the clutch material became unfused to the clutch disc. Very weird, we didnt smell a burning clutch smell. Must have been all the power that stress cracked the clutch material or a manufaturing defect.

I never knew that! What gas station sells it and what was the price per gallon last time you were there.

Pulls way harded through out the power band and slams the rev limiter harder, also first gear is almost worthless on the count of its almost continuous tire spin (thanks to ingalls). Louder at WOT and quieter at idle and cruising, plus it just sounds better.
Yep....and you never would have known if it weren't for my magnaflow set up. Good-bye first and second gear! It doesn't sound like a fart into a coffee can like the flow master does. Those rattle and hum too much. I'd rather it sound like the chainsaw that it does.

You got yours done the same polace as me. James has done like 6-7 exhausts for me so far. He does great work for cheap. Forget $600-700 for aftermarket exhaust. $175 for custom is so much better.

We need to look at your car. There is no reason why my car should be running faster than you with just 42.5Lb injectors. You have those and 3lbs more boost.

Yeah I realized that I had screwed that up after I had OniMirage upload it. Oh well. I can fix it, but then he would have to upload it again. We all know the difference though.

I got my brace installed...works wonders on daily driving, that much I can assure. I have it set pretty tight, but not sure if it's the tightest setting or not. Only a *slight* increase in NVH at idle, (and by slight, in that it won't come close to interferring with a normal conversation) and it makes taking off so much smoother. I haven't done any hard launches with it, only because I'm still thinking the bracket is not shaped right, and the brace looks a little crooked. I will send pics to torque forward tomorrow and wait for his final approval before I do anything nuts with it on.

Anyway, to make a long story short, I'll be there this Friday.

Is your's slow? how do you figure? I've been wondering why stage 2 was slower than my mods, and if stage 3 was better or worse.

I might only be there to watch. This HHR rental is a slug, but I've had fun "drifting" it in a parking lot so far. I'm the first to rent this car, they had to take off the window stickers to give it to me. :-) I wonder how much I can hurt it?
