Talking a lil O-J-T, i'll bring the beer!

so i found out yesterday that headers on a cobalt are on the back of the engine......so my $300 or so installation fee is about to skyrocket and since i don't know the right price and they wont even let me in the shop while they repair it, i'm looking . if anybody knows how to install them and wants to teach/show me how to install em on a weekend (saving to go to UTI so i can professionally install aftermarket stuff soon) let me know. i usually catch on to stuff pretty quick. thanks@

good advice.....like honestly i was thinking that too, but i dont have that kind of money anyways, and i'm pretty sure i could learn something more related to what i actually want to do and not have to eat at a soup kitchen every meal lol

so with that i retract my previous post and say this.....anybody want to help/walk me through/do and let me watch tem put in headers, would be greatly appreciated.

Well, you DO get a GI bill don't you? Government money is always nice lol. But to go to UTI you also have to work at the same time cause they dont have dorms. So no soup kitchen. Just fast food and lots of it. I learned a lot though, that's for sure. I was in class 30 hours a week and then worked 48 hours a week. was making decent money back then -_-

Sorry I just kinda chuckled there. You seemed more mechanically inclined to me. I thought u would know they were in the back.... as far as installing, I say just have at at teach yourself. I have done virtually all my work on my cars myself with no prior experience. I basically ASE certified my God damn self!
