Lol. "Power Steering" came on, on my DIC. Is gm still doing the power steering recall??

 

i got mine somewhat recently. and i got the recall years ago. fyi the power steering will show on the DIC for a while before it actually goes out (bout a week) then mine would work for the first 30 secs or so starting the car

my car isnt that bad but i need new paint, front lip and im missing a sideskirt

 

It was about two weeks ago. The turn kinda freaks me out

 

ya just take it in. we should also have a fuel pump recall as well but getting them to do it was like pulling teeth

 

damn i did mine bout a year ago

 

Really??? would they say anything about e85?

 

i have no idea. they never agreed to doing mine, i had to tell them like 3 times that i wanted the fuel pump replaced because of the recall and they just kept saying the only recall they found was for the power steering. however they did em both no charge

 

Did not hear about the fuel pump recal are is that for lsj only

 

nah theres a bunch of them out there for the fuel pump one including balts registered in NM (i think that one was 07-09 only thou)

 

I love my '10 :-)

 

What's wrong with the pumps...?

 

I got a recall letter from GM saying that they would warranty my (07) fuel pump for 8 years or 120,000
but will only do the recall if it cracks.

I work 6 days a week and I'm 200 miles from you guys and you always seem to have them on Saturdays.
However I will be having lunch some where in Albq on May 8th noonish on my way to Carlsbad, Ca.

I'm sure you don't want to see it like it sits, lol.
