I recommend to anyone planning on racing even if its just one time pay at the gate right away n get ur inspection over with because as the evening progresses place fills up quick and line gets crazy. Same thing for the line up do it right away get ur times and park cuz if not you will maybe......maybe......get 2 or 3 runs in the later hours...

sorry guys, looks like I might not get to cut myself back friday, lots of work squeduled all through the weekend, so I'll be at work again, haven't had a day off since starting the week last monday, so it just turned into a 19 day streak for me, since I'll probably won't get to take a day off until saturday next week

well as you know i dint make it last night. i got a hair and took the my boys uo to fenton lake and didnt get hame till like after 6pm. So how did it go last night?did you guys get some run in? good 1/4 mile time i hope

 

Great turnout it was nice meeting you guys in person. At the end of the night I finally decided to run my car for the first time lol. I guess I had some beginners luck, when I wouldn't miss third I would get a low 14, and my best was a 14.1 @ 103 with a 2.4 60'. What happened to you rayn? Lol. I just can't wait to go again I only got 6 runs in.

 

Yea it was a good night. My best time was a 15.9. Sux I couldn't get traction most of the time.

 

Dunno what it was. Just couldn't knock her down below 14.4 at all. Think maybe next time i'll try shifting at 6500rpm instead of 6k. Footballs helped tremendously getting off the line, but I still just spun the tires. couldn't get my 60 foot below a 2.3 and I tried eeeeeverything. Was great fun even on the way home when I took your ass at the 60 pull on paseo :P

BUT, I will give you the benifit of the doubt, you had two kids in the back seat. We'll have to go again when you're not driving like an old lady. 5mph under the limit leaving the track. Just sad. No wonder everyone was going around you.

Was great meeting more of you guys. Maybe next time I'll be more socialable instead of just racing all the time >.>

 

Racing was the point though lol. I had a great time 14.1 at 106 my 60ft was a 2.3. Can't wait to do it again

Don't. Be disappointed your auto n u still beat a 2.4 ss/sc that alone is something to be proud of.

Sorry I wasnt too sociable either lol, I was all stressed from the rain on the way up(and my CAI + no fenderliner) and then we took my fiance's baby with us and that was a mission in itself that Im not used to. I really only watched a handful of races.

Taking off the muffler and replacing it with a piece of straight pipe.
