Then you could just order the cable. After you place your order you will get an email sent to you with a link to DL the tuner software and a base tune to upload once you recieve the cable in the mail. Install the tune, and go out and do a few pulls, then email him the info, it's that simple. You could even go to the dyno and set it up that way too!

They can if they can't get it financed, but I'm sure they will make it work out. They could also write up a new deal, which would probably make the payment higher or make you come up with a higher down payment.
