Well I finally got my parts in on Saturday. Installed them all, took a test drive loved the sound of the BPV from the K&N SRI especially in beast mode unfortunatly the charge pipe popped off, got a check engine light figured it was from the pipe, but it wasn't I suspect a wire got yanked somewhere. Off to the dealership.

What kind of pads did you go with? Did you get the rotors too?

I ordered the same exact ones, the stock pads are too hard for the rotors. Plus I got that same upgrade kit too. Start saving for tires next the stockers don't last that long.

UPDATE: The wiring harness is bad, guess the heat got to it. Looks like I'll be in a rental for a few days.

I thought it was but I was able to talk to the mechanic he just replaced the connecter at the maf. Did the steering recall but the plastic part that has the steel braided line going to it on the stock intake broke, that's the part I'm waiting for.

My dad did the brakes for me, he has all the tools. I need to get my tails done soon too! I installed my stock parts just to be sure.

Finally got the car in to be looked at. Two weeks ago they ordered an ebrake spring to fix the gnarly rattling in the back end. Didn't fix it completely -_- However, they're ordering up a reverse synchro for the trans. Any time I hit the clutch and shift to reverse it grinds. So they're just gonna try and fix the rattle while they've got the car next week to do the trans. YAY for breaking things, right?

Did you put the ebrake spring back in the right way? After a brake job your ebrakes should actually be much tighter. I know mine was hella tight. Was sweeeeeeet.
