Drag limited just means your car doesn't have the power to go any faster. The wind resistance is too much.

Solutions - more power or a steeper hill.

i like the 10 north (towards phoenix from tucson) about 20 miles out of tucson theres a 2 miles stretch of road PERFECTLY STRAIGHT, and for some reason NO CARS in that section. Unfortunatly lots of huge bushes for cops to hide behind.

I like the I-8 from phoenix to yuma, miles and miles of straight road.

Good call, but definitely only the Yuma - Phoenix part like you said. Get caught in Cali doing something stupid and...well I just hear they're not as friendly as the AZ highway patrol.

oh yeah! my brother-in-law got a ticket for goin 97 (govenor, im sure it would have been faster if it wasn't there) and it was like $187+like 80 or 90 bucks in tax!!!
