I bought SS/SC at Bill Heard in Snottsdale 2 weeks ago, and they had the kits. Not sure if they were stocking them just yet, but they were knowledgeable on them.

I ordered my stage 2 kit on 4-18, my dealer said that the part number shows "ship direct, no stock". I have no idea how long it will be before I receive it.

I'm gonna see about getting it this summer possibly. I'm gonna talk to Brown&Brown. They have know my family by name, we've been going there so long. They always help us out. They are also listed as a carrier of GMPP items on the GM website.

I went to a dealer in tucson (can't recall the name) and I just mentioned the stage kit and the guy said "oh yeah those are great" he preceded to type in the part number and show me the specs on the stage 2 kit, and said it was like 630 + install.

I just don't wanna pay the high dealer install costs. Too bad I couldn't just install it myself and get the reflash done at the dealer ;(

Someone on here did that, and still have the warranty coverage. You have to talk to your dealer and see if they will let you.

yeah got mine from the after market dude at bill heard ... they made my order priority after it didnt come in on friday ... basically you give em your vin and they label the order as a top priority so gm will look at that order first over another ... the dude says it should most def be in next week ... their research showed that any normal order would be a back order purchase which is why they asked for my vin to make it top priority ... the purchase was 750 for stage 2 after talking with the aftermarket guy ... dont accept anything larger. he explained that there is an extreme mark up algorithm that increases price based on availabilty and market popularity. The computer does the markup based on that factor which will increase the price ... the msrp for a retail purchase was 750 well it was 748.86 so after tax it got to 805 which isn't terrible. the total install they mentioned would be 175 install and flash which if you notice any online dealer will mention that the flash is a dealer purchase which is why the kit online is cheaper by about 50 -75 bucks

I've seen it as cheap as $577. I personally can get it for $603.75. I have 5 on order and am waiting just like everyone else. An FYI...it cost the dealer $525

im sure that it doesn't cost the dealer much and there is an expected markup but without connections accepting msrp is as close to a connection as possible.

I wonder if everyone decided to get a refund if gm would wake up and get the kits out faster
