So I'm in the SoCal area, and just got another Cobalt because some jerkoff in a car hit me on my bike. I have big plans for this car, but I'm trying to find places to get the work done. Does anyone have any suggestions?

haha that place sucks i usually go to evasive they do all cars and all kinds of work there a lil bit pricey but the work they put out is good and there not afraid to work on cobalts

Do bolt ons and a tune. that will get you into the 12 second 1/4 mile range if you have a good driver mod. You might need an aftermarket clutch to accommodate that kind of power. I would look into the classifieds on here, there are always people selling performance parts.
