For those of you who are bringing the hot dogs/burgers, please make sure to bring enough. There will be alot of people going to this event. I will be kicking down a little cash to Hot Rod Cop, and any other member who brings enough.

I just ripped my exhaust off. I got stuck going over a transition from the road to a parking lot (they have the emergency barriers which jut up) and ended catching the muffler on a lip which in turn pulled the whole exhaust off. I got stuck on the lip....when I backed up and pulled forward, it was dragging on the ground making a horrible noise. Open exhaust and the scrape of the exhaust on the road was horrible. Thankfully I have a $100 deductible. I might have to get it towed to the shop.

we have about 7 cases of soda already between the member that said what they were gonna bring. Water would be good.

Yea I only see the ss/sc or the LT's that have the same tail lights but I rarely bump into anyone with the 2.4L I think a guy at the office I work at has a black one. Maybe I will leave a flyer on his car.haha

hey whats up everyone? just got back from texas yesterday. so what is the latest with the next meet? oh yeah and do any of you know what kind of paint the color matched stuff from gm is? is it acrylic? i am painting my dash right now and am ready for clear but dont want to mix the wrong things. i know some of you have done this thats why im asking. thanks

Whats the pain about the clear? I took a shitload a classes in autobody and painting (painted my old blazer to white from marroon.) Let me know if i can help

Most automotive paint is a laquer base. The GM paint is laquer based. I would suggest to you to get that clear coat on soon, if the base coat dries, you will have to lightly sand it(scrub pad, softly) so the clear can adhere to the base.

I like the flyer. Too bad that I'm in Houston and can't print off some to hand out. Maybe when I get to California in 3 weeks then Casey and I can print more off and hand some more out around in town or something. Try to bump up the guest list.
