everyone ive talked to says it cant be done just powder coat white then paint lip black

 

Yeah I dunno if they can double powdercoat like that.

 

I have seen some with a vinyl on the lip

 

rissa ur shop said they could do it. lol

 

If they do they will charge you an arm and a leg.
