Brand new, the back (chrome part), is kind of scratched, but everyone who has ever had an iPod knows it gets scratched very easy. The screen has ZERO scratches, neither does the actual body of the phone, at all. I will include the wall/usb charger.

Like I said, it is in great condition, just the back has scratches.. Again, normal wear and tear (setting it down, picking it up, putting it in your car, pocket, etc, etc). This is how I bought it, nothing wrong with the body and/or screen.

They had an "early 2nd gen" (when the 2nd gen first came out), and an updated "late 2nd gen" (right before the 3rd gen).

You can look up the serial number online, or bring it into any Apple store to confirm that THIS iPod is indeed "late 2nd gen" batch.. Right before they introduced the 3rd gen.

Throw me an offer, and we will go from there.

I'll just say this now, I am in NO way, shape, or form, trying to make money off of this. I just want it gone. Just note that they are roughly $250 new. Hopefully those pictures do justice of the amazing condition of the phone's screen and body.
