I purchased this 2 weeks ago. It was not complete as it needed bracket and cupholder. Luckly being so 1337, I knew this and the seller included them and the armrest for $60 shipped. Needless to say was a steal! :P

 

Ya I forgot that the ss/tc and the ss/sc never came with an arm rest so more hardware is needed. For me it's complete lol

I made sure mine came with the hardware bought it off a member here for a bit more but still not a bad deal at $85.

 

I bought a complete kit off here for $90 shipped.

 

I think there's one on eBay right now for $80
