I've sold many phones on here I'm legit, I got an active paypal acct, the condition it's in I can get more than 100,plus 3g drains re battery fast I have the new iPhone 3g and turned off the 3g feature cause within 3hrs of useage the battery would drain about 70% but yea this iPhone is legit I'm not on a of to upload pics but if anyone wants pics I can email u them through my phone
