I hope I dont sound dumb when I ask this but does is those welding slag hammers used for taking welds off?

No they when using welding with an "arc" welder it leaves a protective coat to protect the weld in the molten state called "flux" (not sure how to spell it) When its cooled you can chip it away to reveal the weld.

 

no lol, just was thinking of taking off this stupid ass jbweld that I did, without welding it off if you know what I mean, oh my bad you were talking to the seller hahaha I need some sleep.
