looking for a used drop in , in good shape. for a 2.2
ive got the airbox mod and a magnaflow muffler. im thinking this will make it sound better and bit louder..

your better off just getting a K&N typhoon that would be the best way to go

 

^^ agreed, that's what I have and its wayyyy louder.

But it only has like 2k miles on it, its in great shape

 

X2, you will spend $30 and a lot of time with doing this to get 1-2 HP, where as a full intake will get you a much better improvement, and have an AWESOME sound. Most get Injen though for the 2.2/2.4L

 

not bashing injen but i had cold and short ram on mine and the k&n outperforms both because of the fact that the tubing on the k&n is bigger and it has the heat shield around the filter that keep the hot air from the engine getting sucked threw your filter

 

too costly for me

 

I got mine for 100 used including all hardware and filter... shop around

its not the same but you can modify your air box its a round filter
