Wow what they are saying is that if it cost the same from him as it does brand new why in the hell wouldn't they just get a "BRAND NEW" one. Yes his is new, but it's the point in fact to get something from the exact company then from a person on here. actually, like I stated before, I work at Best Buy. On products such as radar detectors, gps devices, notebooks we have a 15% "restocking fee" that you are charged if you return these when they're not defective. This is set up to stop people from "renting". I mean come on, if you're going on a trip, buy a GPS, use it, and return it for full value?? who WOULDN'T do that??
but anyway, you're right. IMO if I can go to a store and buy a product for $340 brand new right outta the box, why would I pay someone $340 for their 4 day old, used product that I have to hope doesn't get lost in transit. makes sense to me, you have to be reasonable when selling to others
