Very nice HP Laptop

I am looking to get rid of my laptop. I have had it about 8 months and i am going back to a desktop.

It is a HP

Specs:

Windows vista
Athlon Turion64 X2 1.8Ghz (dual core)
Huge 160gig harddrive
1gig of RAM
Nvidia 6150 Video card
DVD burner
CD burner
3USB ports
17in Widescreen
Altec Lansing speakers (sound pretty good for a laptop)
Lightscribe
Internal Wireless

There is no dead pixels either in the screen.

im looking to get around 525.00 (bought for $999.99 from bestbuy)

Several things come to mind:
1. Best Buy currently sells a laptop thats nearly twice as fast and graphics are slightly better for $549, brand new.
2. It's Vista, BUT i could live with it if you are willing to part with it for $300.
3. I cant think of the 3rd one, im just being an ******* by now.
Just do a little research and repost a price and I guarantee someone will buy it. $400 sounds like a legitimate price but its $100 too much for my pocketbook right now, just had to throw new tires on the SS/SC rims.

yeah so there is nothing wrong with that operating system. its the computers hardware thats not up to par with the performance requirements for vista.

Rule of Thumb: 2 GB of ram and intel core 2 duo 5250 or better and your in the clear!
