WTB your paintball stuff

Basically im trying to get into paintball with a friend and im looking to buying stuff for my Tippmann A-5. Im looking for maybe a carbon fiber tank, gloves, nice mask (fog free), A5 barrels or Tippmann 98 barrels with adapter fitting. And a remote line for my back mounted tank, that one is the one i want most. Thanks

action village is the place to go.

what kind of paintball? woods ball or speed ball? how much money do you want to spend and at what level do you want to play?

I would stick with empire clothing. cheap yet durable and fly looking. But i do currently have a raging hard-on for jt team pants. I love mine. Get a mask that is easy to dissasemble. so stay away from dye, once again I reccomend empire, the Ventz. as for the tank empire fuel are really light and durable but with that gas hog cyclone feed you are going to want to get a 68/45 psi tank.

and I would go with a stiffi for the barrel. amazing accuracy and very light weight. but dont use a coton swab on it. would unravel the carbon fiber

oh and remote line suck. dont do it

im basically playing woodsball all the time, not worried at all about clothing, i have full battle fatigues form the US Army lol. Definetly need a fog free mask and a nice barrel, was thinking flatline but like the look of the m4 stock and barrel lol. And why do remote lines suck??

if you play woods ball get a flatline. trust me they are amazing because of the accuracy but they are also heavy and cumbursome. so its a decision you will have to make. the ventz will never fog, its a thermal lens. and remote lines suck because of reliability issues, every single person I have ever seen use them have had nothing more than leak after leak. pluse your going to be going through brush, that is sure to snag. Just stick with a good tank on the bottom mount asa.

get a hopper cover because the hopped for your cyclone feed is a massive target and if you get a cover you are a lot more likely to get bounces.

True. Hopper cover is a good Idea.

However, i have a Remote With my A-5 and the only down side ive seen is the brash as you mentioned B 4. Unless all your buddies had cheap ones? I'v never had a Problem with leaks or anything like that. and I've used it at least 20x a summer for 3 years...

I have a Thermal Lense with the fan uptop and is still fogs. I don't think there is a mask out there that wont fog at all... esp when your in the woods and its humid out and your running around breathing hard....

Thems is the breaks....

And yea, I have the Flatline on my A-5.... Only down side is that in order for it to work the volocity needs to be turned down a bunch! And some times its so low for it to shoot str8 that some of the ***** don't break.

+

It takes probably a whole tank of air to adjust it to be just right.....

Otherwise, The Flatline is pretty great. I've also seen with it it shoots ***** in such a way that they don't always break when they go through brush...

Flat line is a must for woods ball.

the a-5 is probably the best guy for woods ball.. you can throw it in a puddle and it wont stop shooting.

I have a very nice Dye mask.. let me see if i can find i t.. it was the nvsn or what ever... like 75 bucks new...

Autocockers are nice... not good for woodsball.
