i see the bracket for the stabilizer bar on the front struts, where does everything else bolt to? does it have to be fabbed up?

Good question, missed that.

Also, drop needs to be way more adjustable in my opinion.

group buy price is good. but if i'm spending almost 2 grand, i don't want to have to custom fab anything.

It is all bolted our coilover bracket ... it is just picture view that you can not see by angle of install. And it is high ajustable.

What were the height adjustments set to in the pic of the car your showing? My Sportlines look lower. I'm trying to decide between this and a set of Konis.

These appear to go plenty low... in the picture, it must be set to a higher ride height.

It will have more then space between 4finger spacer to 1finger gap space.

1.5 inch drop doesn't really seem like a lot. I've seen some out there that can drop it 3 inches.. Is this the correct adjustability??

I'm sure if you drop 3" it will rub your fender and make a big damage or serious accident. It is not just drop high and low, think about mechanism and enginner momentum balance to cobalt. And also, if you drop 3", you definately will rub axle with coilover bottom of bracket.
