I would want to keep the abs so what would I need to get and I'm fine with the LSJ axles btw I'm an 06 LSJ thanks

ABS will be maintained with regular swaps. If you would like to maintain ABS on a Drag Pack swap you will be limited to Lsj axles.

It's pretty simple yes. But just a few points.

Good luck finding a machine shop to alter oem automotive equipment. Specifically drivetrain parts.
Cost will not be cheap unless you ask them to run a decent number of sets though. So it still won't be cheap.
You will be reusing old hubs and rotors instead of brand new warrantied parts.

Every rotor that leaves R1 headed to us is inspected before hand and is inspected by us upon arrival, then once more before being shipped to the customer. Rotors will only be shipped to the customer after passing all three QC checkpoints. Warranties will be dealt with through DTS. If a customer has a problem there is no need for them to fret over it further. We will take care of it with R1 on your behalf.

Mmmm idk. Most machine shops will do whatever you want if you pay them. Not bashing you though, I'm sure your option isn't cheap either. Thats not the issue. The issue is warranty. Not jut the rotors but ALL the parts. How will this be expressed or implied? Also, most people that buy adapters know they are adversly spacers at the same time. This sounds a lot like fmsr's 3.0 ecotec idea ;-) theory sounds great, practice is a short adventure this cheap crowd won't indulge in.

^^^ I agree with Redi. . Not so long ago, I was helping ex soccer with his drag race knuckle project providing parts pieces and measurements. My time on that to assist was provided free. Now he is a vendor. Not sure how this will turn out, Do know its an interesting turn of events.

It is essential to mill pcd on hubs. It is possible to use a drill press, some people do so, but then wheel balance and broken studs from the drill press chuck or the pilot tools walking becomes an issue. A CNC mill is a robust expensive piece of equipment and skilled operators are well paid.

new wheel bearings can be had cheaply on line. Many are made off shore and thats no big deal, but quality is. These abs and non abs encapsulated wheel bearings are made from two primary parts and are pressed together in the assembly process. Sometimes the press is not correct.

If you play it safe and use OEM wheel bearings then the cost is sky high.

same applies to rotors. quality is the issue. Good luck Mark, its a funny world we live in

All parts used will carry manufacturer warranties.

We have many different options for our kits making them very affordable. Kits for those looking for a simple swap using E-Line oem rotors, all the way up to Cross Drilled and Cross Drilled & Slotted Premium rotors. Prices will be released with the group buy.

Your advice has always been well appreciated from me John, and I've always tried to show it in our conversations and by sending people's business your way that may have otherwise gone elsewhere. Including this transmission you and I have talked about that I'm more than happy to be paying top dollar for knowing it's coming from you. He helped with, among many other things, my personal swap with helping me figure out the correct spacer for rotor run out. He's also, probably not now, making me a part out of his own free will. Also something I'm not selling. Other than that it's been talks about how to set up the suspension on my car, why the 4.45 f35 is a better choice vs the f40, spring rates, weight transfer and balance, etc all open discussions between the two of us. All of which have been helpful and much appreciated, but what I'm doing doesn't apply to all that.

I'm not selling full floating rotor setups, those are his.
I'm not selling rotated mounts, those are his.
I'm not selling time attack rear beams, those are his.
I'm not selling ucr's, those are his.
