maybe because i have synapse downpipe? idk wtf it is.... but it rattles

You should be able to fix this by adjusting the exhaust position using the slip joint in the middle. Loosen the clamp and pivot the system as needed to gain additional clearance.
You can also adjust heatshield position...it's very flexible, and can be easily bent and moved to create more clearance.

 

check to make sure it is not the long hooks (piece of metals) that go into the rubber gromets (the ones closest towards the rear of the exhaust). i think i had the same issue and it was because it had came out of its place. just use a clamp to keep it from coming out of its place.

Bill, the intercooler you're developing for the TC, is it going to be dual inlets just like the Sky/Solstice and if not, will you be developing another one that has dual inlets?

 

any other ideas? i moved the black gromets i took the clamp off and tried to turn the pipe... nothing works... if i drop the exhaust it hits on the rear axle... if i lift the pipe then its just hitting the shield even worst...

I had the exact same problem with mine, I dont have the downpipe. The rear flange was sitting on the rear axle (making a bad rattle), and the exhaust coming out the back was way off center (touching the left side of the bumper cutout).

I just wrote it off as me not attaching the slip-fit adapter correctly, and rather than screw with it I just took it to a shop and for $40 they cut about 2" out of the adapter, lined up the exhaust right, and welded it back together - problem solved. It may be the adapter is too long, or that I didnt tap it in far enough, and I think I angled it slightly, but I will never know, I didnt feel like messing with it.

However, now that that is corrected, I love the sound, and it looks awesome.

 

I would like another group buy on the exhaust systems!
