4300k = 3000
5000k = 2850
6000k = 2700
Those are the only ones we have on hand, we can get the rest from our supplier later. But you know what, a picture speaks a thousand words.
12000k left, 4300k right

Also, you'd be able to see pretty good with the custom color blues. As all of our custom colors start off as 4300k so they are just as bright as 4300k

its up to you... i have them in stock housings and theres not alot of glare.. it also depends on who you talk to some say you blind people with stock housings but theyve prolly never had them

if you get the kit for your stock headlights i would suggest getting a bi xenon kit so you still have hi beams.. if you go projectors you will see a small gain in how bright you light up the road because as in any reflective housing you lose light

You still get high beams with a 9007 hid kit. The HID bulbs have a halogen bulb attached to it. The Bi-Xenon kit just lets you have Hid's for your highs as well as your lows(if I'm correct). Unless you use your highs a lot, there's no point.

Also, you can aim the stock head lights decent enough so you don't get as much glare as you normally would.

not all 9007/9004 kits coem with a halogen hi... most kits are just the low beam hid kit...

that is something to know before you buy it. but im pretty sure a normal kit he sells for 130 does not come with any hi beam (i also could be wrong) but its this kind of information that people should know reguardless of who there buying it from

but i would suggest 3bspec they sell quality kits

their kit actually does come with a halogen hi-beam and you're correct, many other kits don't

So you guys are putting these in the factory lights with no issues? My headlights suck. I do a lot of driving at night (and in wintry/rainy conditions) and the factory lights just plain suck. The fogs are alright but the headlights are awful. I'd like to improve my lighting but I don't have the funds to blow on projectors and hid's together. I was thinking of just buying different bulbs but i'm not sure if that will do much if anything at all.

I don't want to buy projectors though. I don't like the way they look. I also don't want to be one of those douchebags who blinds everyone on the road.

you'll be fine, you don't necessarily need projectors to put HIDs in just get some 9007 HIDs and don't aim them too high

Might have to do that. What's the best K to go with? I kind of want that cool-blue look but nothing too obnoxious.

yeah if you buy them turn the screw down about 1/4 of a turn and youll be allset.. the only glare i get is perpendicular to my car so it wuoldnt blind anybody anyways

stick with 6000k or 8000k 6000k will look blueish and light up the road only white 8000k will add more blue to both the road and looks

I actually think white would look better. Not really a fan of blue on the red cobalts.

I'm stuck between 6000k and 4300k. Hmm...

Dammit! The 4300k and 5000k are on backorder

i was looking at this kit http://shop.3bspecialties.com/produc...&categoryId=18 and was wondering how hard it would be to put in stock lights and if it would melt them. I have never done any work with hid's so i have not clue about the heat or how hard they are to put in.

hey DJ. No need to worry, its as simple as taking out your headlights and just replacing the bulbs. All you have to really worry about is where you would want to mount the ballasts. And they will not melt your headlights
