I was thinking of just buying different bulbs but i'm not sure if that will do much if anything at all.
Go with a 4300K or 5000K higher than that and you will get a lot of glare back at you from rain and fog. You could do 4300K 50W in your fogs and 5000K 50W in you headlights

It says on their website that columbus day is recognized, but not observed... so I am ASSUMING that they will ship tomorrow.

If I were to get a set of projectors like these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Car-...=p4506.c0.m245

would I need anything special to hook up your hid kit?

no you wouldnt need anything special just a single beam kit.. just to be safe since its ebay id order the headlights then figure out what bulb you have.. then order your HID kit.. just to be safe instead of buying it and having it be the wrong bulb type unless it specifies in the ad placed... but it would just be a plug and play
