since I moved to NC i find that the cobalt headlights suck. Theres alot more deer to hit down here then there is in NY. Im really considering doing something about my headlights, but since I have a 2008 SS/TC I am afraid installing HID's will screw up my highbeams. I do plan on putting them in stock housings (plz dont flame on this people) and I know 1WhiteSSTC had HID's installed and it burnt out his high beams on his wiring harness becuase the computer in the 08+ doesnt like HID's for some reason.

What size bulb does the cobalt low beam take and is there any brighter bulbs I can buy? im just tired of using high beams and having to turn them off every time a car comes on these country ass roads at 1 in the morning.

you will need to buy the foglight housings for the car...

his kit will have

bulbs
ballasts
relay harness

that is it and it is all you need....if you are buying a foglight kit make sure you have the housing for it...

For the best light output, go with 4300k, but theres nothing wrong with 5000k or 6000k if you want to add a little color to your lights

Not really at the moment, we are switching all the pictures over to a new server so we don't quite have the photo database as we did at the moment. If you want something a little more intense, go with the 10,000k or 12,000k.

Also we do ship out just bulbs, ballast and so fourth. As for a housing for your fog lights, your best bet would be to hit up eBay. The Cobalt fog lights are on a bunch of Chevy vehicles

Most people opt for the plug and play, its easier and saves you a headache that may occur
