Custom colors are just that, custom colors. They start off as 4300k and the gases inside are changed from there.

So if you want custom blue, just select the custom blue

Question, reading on your site it says "HID low beam, halogen high beam" so in the one bulb there is the HID and low right? Cus I've heard that with HIDs you lose the high beam. I don't mind if the high beam is halogen since I wouldn't be using it at meets and stuff anyhow.

i can answer this one good sir... your bulb will compose of a double bulb. there will be your Low beam HID will look kinda like a rod with a bubble in it. then right beside it tightly is an H1 bulb which is your halogen bulb. thats your high beam. not nearly as bright as the HID of course

this is basically what it will look like

okay so I wont loose the high beam and therefore not fail inspection.

that is correct. I still love my HIDs. almost two years and I couldn't be happier.

you will obviously know that the low beams will be WAY brighter than the halogen high beams. its great that you will have the highs for inspection, but you will notice you will hardly use the highs because of how well the HID low beams work.

what symptoms do you have? The easiest way to pin point a ballast or bulb problem is to take the bulb from the left and swap it with the right or vise-versa. If the problem follows the swap, then its a bulb. If not, its a ballast. Altho, its not a terrible idea to make sure all of you electrical connections are tight, clean, and corrosion free.

and the only difference between your 6k kit and the 8k is just that the 8k will be much more blue.
