Snake89 ~ the pic of the Integra in the first post for this thread is what my 6K's look like after I installed them today in my Balt ~ It does look more like a brilliant white but with like an ice blue look to them

 

thanks its just hard to find consistent representations online. So it sounds like 8k may be more toward the color I'm looking for.

what would the price be for hids for 3rd gen projectors on an 06 balt with bulbs if theyre not included to 25401

Just got my projectors and HIDS they even offered to wire them to the projectors and do the projector mod for free! This is by far the best vendor I have dealt with! And shipping was fast! thanks 3bspec for all your help Ill post pics when I get them installed

Just got my tracking number and it says I will have my projectors tomorrow.. I didn't know fedex delivered on Saturdays. I will have pics uploaded tomorrow night of stock, then projectors with stock lights.. then projectors with 8000k HID's, that is if they do actually come tomorrow.

yes hids will work you just need a diff bulb size as for which one i don't know im using black oem housings...

Here is a quick shot I took of my car with my 3rd Gens and 8000K HID's and the stockers on the driver side. I also did the mod to the 3rd gens where you remove the little reflector thing and fill in the whole with some filler.

 

it looks greenish to me.

Its actually pretty blue, but not overly blue if that makes any since. Its just about perfect in my opinion. If you want I can go out and take a pic of it with both headlights and let you see what it looks like looking at it and what it looks like from inside looking at the road. Just let me know.

 

if you want to do that and it's not too much trouble, it would be great! but I think I get it its a nice balance of blue and white, not just "BLUE!" lol How accurate is the pic to real life?
