Edit: maybe zoomer can chime in on this. The top inlet for the h/e is to close to the mount and does not allow the 90 to be screwed in fully only about 1/4 of the way. is this supposed to be like this? I dont think its in far enough to prevent leakage. are you recommending us to use some type of sealant?
Looking at the pic on the website it looks like there are 3 sets of mounts, is this the case?

The only mounts you need for this to work are the two comming off the front of the h/e horizontal.
You may have to get a dremmel and trim off the un-used mounts.

here is how to do the tubing.
There should be 2 holes in the bottom of you crash bar in the front, look up under there and put the h/e up to it and see if the holes line up.

I didn't have any problems installing mine other than when I got it the passenger side mounting tab was bet all to hell. then when I staraightend it back out the tabe broke off at the weld. I don't really ned it anyway. I also could have installed it with the bumper on but it would have been a big PIA.

fit's just fine I din't have to trim anything.

I got the H/E it mounts fine, after a bit of playing, the problem i have is with the heater hose, its not quite long enough and kinks really easy so i just bought new heater hose thats a little thicker, im going to re do it tomorrow with the rest of the stronger heater hose and use thread sealent on the h/e

well I installed it today and Im very unsatisfied! first off the driver's side mounting tab was bent to hell so i had to bent it back till it fit and its now holding by half a weld because of me bending it to get it to fit. Secondly, the front tabs that are on it, the holes are too small for the push through tabs to go through to secure the bumper so i got a hammer and forced the ******* through I have no idea how I am going to get them out when the time comes lol. end of my rant. Its on now pics will be up soon.

Oh yea I called zzp to ask them about the following at around 9ish and neve recieved a phone call back.

something must be wrong with the coupon code, it only gave me $25.00 off???

To update my post here is a pic. notice the mount down at the bottom of the pic is bent so bad that its holding up the h/e in place thats the one I had to bend like no other to make fit.

and in this pic the two tabs that sit flush with the h/e and extend outwards, these are the tabs that are used where the crash bar and bumper tabs meet but the mounting tabs holes are too small for the stock push through tabs that are on my vehicle so I ended up hammering them in and breaking the push through cylinder that makes the tabs expand onces inserted and they are in there indefinalty probably will have to drill them out when the times comes.

Wow, so many problems with this item. Guess it's not for me. I have ZZP header/dp combo installed on my car and love it, but I guess this HE isn't worth it. GL tho.
