Well NGA just made a few grand without shipping a thing, I want for sure word by wed , this is the shittiest customer service ive seen, i mean NGA how about you make a effort to clarify things instead of trying to sell more.

 

In order for me to get them out quicker i was going to have them drop shipped directly from megan. I was told by my rep that they arrived and it will would take a little bit to unpack them and then ship, so I faxed in all the orders. I charged the cards, thinking if they did arrive, they would be shipping shortly, and if i waited to charge the card until they actually shipped the item, if for some reason the card was declinded, as 2 were, I would have already shipped an item and not charged the card. So i charged the cards thinking they would be shipped, my rep told me yeah we got them they are all yours, send me the orders.

Had i known they didnt arrive and were not shipping, i would not have charged the cards. I can refund all of the cards, and have the pallet shipped to us, and then ship them out, but that will in doubt take about 7-10 days longer. I was just trying to get the items out quicker, and was just going by what megan said.

Anyone can check on the number of other orders for the megan exhaust everyone has recieved them from the previous 2 group buys.

I do not want anyone to think we are trying to rip anyone off. But just keep in mind we have all they are getting and from the other 2 group buys these things are very hard to keep in stock.

Tracking numbers will be sent out soon as I get them from Megan.

We are just trying to get them to you guys as quickly as possible. When they come to us via truck frieght as the first time, it took 10 business days to arrive via truck.

Megan to you-1-5 days
Megan to us to you-11-16 days.

Again we are sorry for all the confusion, and problems. We will hopefully have this fixed this week, and get the tracking numbers out.

Everyone have a good holiday and we will be open for business on Thursday morning for anyone with questions. We keep everyone updated as we hear from megan, again I just post what i hear, from my rep.

 

Thx NGA, holiday seasons are always crazy. I understand mailing orders, as I used to work for tha Army mailroom and holiday season with security pissed alot of ppl off. I believe that a daily posted update (even if no changes), would help keep tension down until these systems ship with trackings.

Chargin CC without having an item in ur possesion to send out was risky, but it's understood that in lue with ur custom service, u were try'n to shorten tha shippin time for us-and I thank you. (Even tho it didn't happen that way)

Hopefully i will hear something tonight as if they have arrived or not. They were closed yesterday for the holidays, so hopefully it will arrive today.

Just got off phone with megan, the exhausts did arrive today from what he said!

 

What do you mean the exhausts arrived today? I thought they already arrived last week and they were being unpacked?

 

There was a big misunderstanding last week where the shipment didn't come in due to the holiday. It's all on the last few pages of the thread.

yea i spoke to megan on friday and they shipped them out...they confirmed it to me because i was number 2 of the 3 that were on standby for one...so everyones is in the mail...and its being shipped ups but ups will not be transporting on monday or tuesday due to the holiday

 

haha so it will probably be the 7th or the 8th of january.

yes i am soooo satisfied with my service. Its monday and of course no tracking number and i also live in CA so if they shipped from there friday i should have my exhaust. NGA Never again will i order from your company and if i do not recieve my exhaust this week i will post a new thread everyday stating how crappy your service is

 

im behind all you guys i order my exhaust the 28 of November and i can never get in touch with him, such bad costumer sevice

 

guys even if u live in cali ur exhaust would have not arrived...UPS did ship today (monday) or tomorrow (tuesday) so if u live in cali it should be there by wednesday if ups ships on saturdays
