There may not be a 2009... for 2 reasons -

1 - I had 150 printed of the 2008 calendars, and have had to sell the last 40+ at cost or a loss just to move them out. The only real interest in buying them were from the 50 or so people who had cars in the print.

2 - I don't think there were even enough people who submitted cars/pictures by the end of the Aug. deadline to make a full calendar. Seems the interest just wasn't there to see it through.

Awesome idea. If you do another one and I had my car in it I would get one for sure. Just an idea, there seems to be a lot of people who have joined since the idea of this calendar came out. (I didn't know anything about it until just now) But maybe get a list of how many people are interested in submitting pics and how many interested in buying the calendar without actually doing it unless enough people show interest?

I have pics ready to submit right now for an 09. I didn't here anything about an 09 or I would have submitted something. It would be nice to have something on the front page for some support.

Should do like a feeler and get a list of everyone who wants them then maybe take half the price as deposits on the calenders if there is enough people. I'd definatly be interested in an 09!

Guys... These are just leftovers. There are still Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan 09 in this calendar... That's 5 months if I counted right.

These are a STEAL at basically $3.50 before the shipping is factored in.

I HIGHLY DOUBT there will be a 2009 calendar. As the 2 factors I stated in my previous post. The submission deadline came & passed. The post about the picture collection was in the General forum a few months ago. If you didn't see it there, I'm not sure what to tell you, other than look harder ?

Why would the mods not put something like this on the front page? Theres still plenty of time if anyone else would like to take over.

The company that prints these at a good enough price for people to buy, had an earlier deadline... That deadline is passed... no way around that.

Back on topic to move out these remaining 2008 calendars please.

The 2009 calendar is not happening.... There were NOT ENOUGH SUBMISSIONS by the late Aug. deadline. It was the PRINTER'S deadline, not mine.
