It'd be a roof cap, useless weight.

A slayer style would be cool but I don't like how that one is so flat looking.

I agree, no point.

If those grilles were inset and facing back so they were actual heat extractors, that would be pretty cool. I'm not sure there's enough room under the hood though.

That hood is fugly. A cowl induction style hood like the one on this yellow balt would be terrific.

I'd buy one, I absolutely would.

doesn't look bad, but the cowl just doesn't seem right on a small Cobalt hood.. if there was enough demand I don't see why not though!

I think if the cowl isn't toweringly huge it'll look good as long as you follow the body line.

how much is enough? I can start a feeler thread for it. Any idea what we would be looking at for costs? You know that'll be the first thing asked if I post a thread.

Of course, hm. Lets say MSRP would be around $899-$999, minimum required would be atleast 10+ people. Discounted price $629.30 - $699.30 + Shipping. This is in Carbon. If you guys want to do Duraflex, fiberglass, hoods would be a lot cheaper. We can only do it one way though, so pick what the masses want! Duraflex hood would be around $499-$599, minimum would still be 10+. Discounted price $349.30-$419.30 + Shipping.

ok, don't want to derail this topic. I'll try to get a topic started about a cowl hood when I get a chance later tonight. Thank you, Khurram.

^I've been on this damn thread for months waiting for pics other than on the black car. FINALLY!

Now gonna attempt to wait for pics of the Cobalt Tjin Trunks... *sigh* All you people who actually paid and waited for the Cobalt trunks, I commend you. You have FAR more patience than me.
