yeah i know that but the thing is for one i dont have the cobalt no more and two it keeps going further for the arrival date. i cant be waiting for this thing forever.

 

That's what we were told, but I asked for a refund not too long ago (because this wait is ridiculous) and I was told that I could not have one. I'm not a happy camper right now.

I don't expect anyone here to wait forever, but I do understand it's been a long time. I'm being pretty patient here myself too. The terms of the GB were made clear in the beginning, we failed to deliver with the right product in the beginning and when I offered the refunds, only one person requested it. The only way I was going to allow a refund is if we messed up on the product and not the ETA. But I can understand how this gets a bit frustrating and for that I apologize.

Refunds are not given because of wait time, only if the product was incorrect. Basically same reply as above.

Well I am the same way too, I am okay with paying more as long as I can get the product immediately. But the masses like to save money, so I can't blame them either.

Don't pay attention to those ETA's they never come out right. For now the only info I have is that they should be ready to take off from overseas in about 10 days. So 4/30 they leave the port and then we just wait for them to get to us!
