Thanks Cody im four hours away for some job training. it isn't bolted on yet that's why there is some gap in there. i just have to drill the 3 holes that hold the latch on and then it will be done. those pictures were taken with my phone and the reason i didn't back it out is i have the exhaust manifold off cuz the wells were cracked

like jarrod said its not even bolted down its basically just resting on the car probably why it looks like it does

 

He just said it wasn't latched down.. its just sitting there.

If you look all across the bottom of it you can see he has it sitting on a folded up white towel so that it doesn't get scratched. Because of that the trunk lid is sitting higher than it will once he bolts it in properly.

 

cant wait! also for everyday use and the car sitting in the sun automotive clear at a bodyshop would be needed right?
