What kind of warranty comes with these? I've heard not so great things about the long term lasting. I don't mean to bash your product, just curious as I don't want to lose money.

The mounts come with a lifetime warranty on the aluminum and a 2 year warranty on the bushing. We also sell replacement bushings. The stories you have heard have been exaggerated, not very many were affected, maybe 1% of mounts sold. To put all doubts to rest we now only use genuine GM bushings, I don't think any other company can say that. They are a solid rubber design and we have never had a failure from them.

The voids on the old bushings could tear over time, more so with improper install. That bushing is no longer offered. The new bushing he uses is stout and I can already tell it will be lasting a very long time.

I had this trans mount with void bushing from OTTP does tear alittle. Right now, I have new style OTTP trans mount and GM bushing. I can say new 1 is WOW much better than the old style. They have their brands on it and their quality is superior!

I purchased a set on blackfriday in 2011 (Believe I paid 100 for stage 2 old style bushing). installed on april 2013 with a GMPP clutch. right now(9-10months) they r pretty much shot. My bushing material seems to be crushing and cracking. I still have them on the car currently but I can feel how much they have worn from when they were brand new. but then again I did have them sitting around in their plastic bags for 1.5yrs before install lol. I just wasn't impressed with how long the bushing material lasted. hopefully your new bushing style is a lot more durable. fortunately the cobalt isn't the DD so it can sit until my new trans mounts arrive and this winter mess disappears

So you posted about a part that he doesnt even sell anymore?

It is understood the voided bushings had a fail rate that was too high. Therefore he now offers a different, solid bushing. Read: he does not sell that style.
