Dose anyone or has anyone switched the rear drums to rear disc with GM discs? if so how hard was it or can it even be done?

it can be done but its cheaper to get a aftermarket kit and do it yourself....

 

theres a few ways you could do it. aftermarket would be the easiest, but im sure you could find someone who wrecked the front of their cobalt, and get them to sell you the whole rear axle assembly with the rotors, calipers, and all the other stuff

 

i see that SSBC sells a kit. does any on this foum have this kit, is it worth the grand, and how hard would it be to get rotors once those wear?

 

ssbc is a well known company. it will work for your needs and is well worth the money.
