5 bolt swap question

I've got almost everything I need for a 5-bolt swap on a G5 Base (4-lug), but I need a new proportioning valve for the brakes.

I'm looking at an SSBC proportioning valve, but It's going to run me about $85 after tax.

What's a quality alternative?

I thought the braking system ran through one proportioning valve right off the master cylinder?
And yes, I'm doing rear discs. That's why I need the proportioning valves.

******************* and ask maven. i have talked to him more than once about this swap. you need 2 valves, the rear brake lines from a ss/sc. and lots of adjusting the valves. UNLESS you have abs but if you have abs you already have 5 lugs
