Alignment not needed right away?

So I just installed my Eibach Pro Kit and brought it for alignment.... And they told me... well it doesn't need an alignment now but to wait for it to settle some and then bring it back...

Anyone ever hear of this?

lots of people have checked and found that you don't need an alignment. most people don't get one.

Maybe let it settle in for a day or two and check again, but there's a chance you don't even need the alignment.

What is a typical price for an alignment? My dealer just quoted me $150... that's ridiculous, even thought I have a $20 off coupon its still way too high.

I just called another dealer and they said 2 wheel or 4 wheel, I said two because I didn't think we needed all four done and he said the Cobalt needs a 4 wheel and it would be $99. The two wheel was $75.

I just called another place that said $59 for 2 wheel and $99 for four. Do we need all four wheels aligned though? it's funny how prices range from like $150 to $59, shopping around pays off.
