Any way to fix axle bind?

Is there any way to fix axle bind? or is it something you just have to live with, I'm only lowered on H&R springs. no other suspension mods.

will the tc axles stop the binding from the extreme driveline angle?

im on the same springs and ive had my share of issues. i ended up taking out both axles, and ive been struggling with vibrations since i bought my car. powell rotated mounts do help a lot, but i still have vibrations i cant get rid of, and i know its being caused by the driveline angle. ive looked at it a bunch, and aside from further rotating the motor forward, or lifting it up (either way, lots of custom work), the only way to fix it is raise the car up with less agressive lowering springs.

I have a set of TC spindles if you decide to upgrade.

when will was still on the lsj axles with his car slammed down, he got bind like no other. when he did the hub swap to 5x114.3 he decided to go with tc axles. and bind went byebye.

when i said tc axles and hub swap in my 1st post i don't mean a 114.3 swap. but you will need lnf hubs along with the axles

Sounds like you are refering to the spindle/ knuckle.

no the hub itself. the input shaft on the tc axle going to the hub is larger than the lsj iirc. along with the axle shaft itself

no that isnt axle bind. axle bind happens when you near the maximum angle the cv axle can go, and it generally causes a vibration. a click noise when first starting out could be a number of things, could be a bad axle, could be a mount, could even be the flex pipe on the exhaust.

I heard recently about some VW guys that take the CV joint apart tim a few millimeters off the axles and put them back together. Not saying it's the best option but...

it's not the lnf axles and hubs that fixes the axle bind. powells rotated mounts essentially kill all the axle bind. i'm slammed and i barely have any bind. i will be making a shorter axle shaft so that the axles are not at such a severe angle. then it won't bind at all

^I heard that Vin Diesel is a homosexual but not sure if its true.

Anyone know any true fix to this if it is in fact axle bind? And are my axles going to go bad over time?
