The SSBC kit is actually cheaper, well the front is. I don't know about the rear. If those are the exact calipers they look REALLY similar to stock Cobra fronts. If you want info on the SSBC kit just let me know. Ill use someones G-tech for 60-0 info. Ill say this though, they definately don't fade as fast as the stockers do.

crap, sorry about that. Ill see what I can do by friday sometime. Friday is my day off so hopefully I can get it done by then. Either way upgrading your factory disc brakes really doesn't make THAT much of a difference, unless your going from like a 2 piston kit to an 8 piston kit. The kits offered for our cars REALLY won't make THAT much of a difference. Although if your looking for that "bigger rotor" Baer's is .8 inches bigger than the SSBC kit.

Makes it lighter than having a 1 piece all steel rotor. The "hat" is aluminum just for less weight, that's pretty much the only reason.

you would have to upgrade to eradispeed rotors...$200 a piece

Also there are 2 reasons to go 2 pce, rebuilding the rotors with a new ring if you wear them out, weight and durability

An aluminum center section won't help with cooling. You want heat to go away from the center.

<-----TRACK-PLUS

The Baer Claw® TRACK-PLUS is hands down Baer's most popular system for street and light-track applications. Two-piston aluminum calipers are coupled with 2-piece, 13" rotors, taking the performance of the Baer Claw TRACK system to the next level! The secret is the 2-piece rotor design, which uses an aluminum hat to reduce overall weight. This design also allows for differential expansion of the rotor plates, reducing the "bell effect," lowering thermal transfer to the hub, and ultimately prolonging bearing life. May fit some 16" wheels. Check wheel fitment with Baer fit check templates.
