Best coilovers?

So i have decided to finally drop the money into coilovers. What are some the best bang for your buck on them?

this is what i was told

"The valving is bad, the spring rates are bad, the adjustment is poor, overall build quality is bad for a good handling setup. A good handling set of coilovers on any car is gonna cost at least $2k+. If you want the best handling setup, get a set of Pedders springs, and Powell XXX rear sway bar. Talk to wangspeed, he tracks his car quite often. I believe his setup right now is pedders, xxx, and Koni adjustable rear shocks. A good set of tires such as dunlop star specs or bridgestone RE-11s will make just as much of a difference as springs."

i dont know about you but i cant justify spending 800+ on coilovers. u can always go with a set of coilover sleeves and just upgrade the springs
