Best Lower control arm bushing?

I am looking at replacing my lower control arm bushings sson. It's a shock I know, but it must be done at some point. So what are my best options? I have seen cobalts/g5's come through and get GM factory replacements, which seem to blow just as bad, if not worse than the OEM bushings. So what is suggested?

control arms aren't any different. Knuckles, yes haha, but your hubs and axles are different. IIRC i had a 32mm socket to remove the axle nut on my SS/SC, when we installed my craziness, i had to go buy a 35mm....

You cant switch to TC hubs/knuckles unless youve got a late '07 SS/SC They wont work with any other ABS systems. And you cant put them on a2.2 or 2.4 because there are no axles available.

But really , they should be pretty good since they aren't rubber , they are sealed spherical bearings that shouldn't ware as long as they stay lubed.

So all I need is TC knuckles, hubs and axles? ...then front and rear TC brakes?

it depends. for delta cars 04- and some early 07, with Delphi brake controlers, a front mod using Grand Am Pontiac wheel bearings permits the TC stuff. If you have an 07 with the Bosch brake controller the abs wheel speed signals are different, then you need the 08 TC wheel bearings....

I have an 07 ss/sc but have no idea how to tell which controllers I have... Is it something easy to check?

Switching to the Brembo's keeps sounding more and more like a pain in the ass ...thats it, Im driving to Powell's shop...I'll film the how to video while he installs
