Brake fluid amounts

OK guys,

I've looked around andhaven't had much luck finding this....

I'm going to be flushing out the brake fluid and replacing it with DOT4.

Just how much fluid is it going to take me to do it?? I know the resiviour doesn't hold ALOT, but what about all the lines, etc...??

Anyone else completely drain and refill the fluid??

Next question... since the CLutch and brake res are the same container, even though there is a divider... am I going to have to drain that as well??? DOT4 and DOT3 cannot be mixed....

Thanks in advance!

Why exactly are you doing this? You don't need DOT4 for these cars. If you must, yes, I would drain them both. One of the large containers (1/2 gallon?) should be enough.

Well, I'm doing it for imporved pedal feel mostly. I Autocross the car and soon will be doing an occasional track day, so to ME, it's an important investment.

Thanks...

I bought 3 QTS biggest they have... so I should be ok I think.
