Not that I've seen. Of course, you realize that this would be a cosmetic only modification, right?
I just got done pounding on the stock brake system today, on some of America's most extreme roads (US-129 aka Tail of the Dragon, Foothills Parkway, Cherohala Skyway) repeatedly pulling down from high speeds -- combined with some pretty steep elevation changes. A fluid and SS line upgrade would prolly be the best bet, IMHO.

turbo balt brakes are great, but slots are not cosmetic, they help keep the pads from glazing. Brembo rotors are great too, to do better you need a floating rotor. The initial cost of the hat in a floating torot makes the first buy a lot, but after that its not too bad for replacement rotors. The stock TC rotor is a 26mm thick part, and ideally we would like to squeeze a 28mm part in there, which is do-able if you remove the anti squeek shims and maybe shave the Caliper pistons. You want a thicker rotor if you can package it as in brake cooling MASS IS EVERYTHING....but if you do all that and folks start complaining about brake squeal, well you get nothing for nothing and you gotta pay the price. My turbo brakes squeaked a lot initially but now they have shut up, I must have beaten the squeal out of them!
