brakes

i'm in to brakes and suspension thats me. and i'm hoping that power slot makes a rotor upgrade just an upgrade, like a big rotor upgrade, cobalt is smashing 18's i wouldnt mind seeing a 13" rotor upfront and 12" or 12.5" rear rotor, stock calipers but upgraded rotors pads and lines would be sweet. they do that for honda's and alot of other cars with a caliper bracket to adjust it for the bigger rotors. its inexpensive and works. i would get those in a heart beat.

well look at it this way.... the largest wheels put on a Jbody were 16's, yet companies(including SSBC - www.stainlesssteelbrakes.com, among others) make brakes big enough to require 18" wheels..... the cobalt comes with 18's already; so according to that it wold be feasable to but out brakes which require 20's...

another way to look at it... the Ferarri F430(360 modena replacement) has 19's, and carries 15 inch rotors and 6 piston calipers.....

in short, the SS is gonna get some ******* huge brakes!

damn 14" rotors 4 piston caliper front w/ 13.5" rear with 2 piston caliper. damn talk about stoping power. that would be sweet in a small car.
