Brakes Binding (SS)

Had my SS for almost 3000km now and have just started having more problems with the brakes. First problem was a dead ABS module after only a week . Now the brakes have started to bind after driving for a bit. I drive for a bit and the brakes get tighter and tighter depending on the amount of braking I do. Eventually the brakes are really tight and I have to stop. I sit on a small incline for about 15min. and then the car starts to roll freely again (brakes un-bind). It's happened a few times now and seems to be getting worse.

Took it in this morning...have not heard back yet. Unless the brake line was somehow damaged since I got the car this seems like a manufacturing defect and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

...dont worry about it its just one of the many problems this car has...just add it to the list...I hope you did not expect more from a first year car

i think my calipers are binding, just took a 5 minute drive--when i pulled into a parking lot, the pads were smoking slightly and they were radiating a LOT of heat. warranty/dealer issue? 06 SS/SC w/ 16Kmi

Oh, no, I have it as well. Dealer repeatedly stated it's "normal", wouldn't cover it. Now that I'm out of warranty they want me to bring it in.....

Mine did this. The dealership said it was the switch behind the petal that needed adjustment, i think it was loose, or something.
