Brakes Kit

What is a better brake kit Powerstop, SP, Stoptech, EBC, Power Slot...! I want a kit that has calipers as well, seems like only Baer and Powerstop have that. Bottomline what is the better brakes to install?!

Really the brembos can fit on the 2006? I know they come stock on the 2008-2010 SS/TC but the 05-07 didn't come with them!!!!

From what i've heard.. Brembo's really don't offer that much more stopping power than our stock 06 brakes. They just don't wear as fast on the track. Haven't heard much on other types on brakes. Good luck.

no ****, thats why ur upgrading to them,

they offer better stopping power at high speeds, they shed speed like mad, and they are less prone to brake fade, also have a lot better pedal feel.

I'm getting Brembo's from a wrecker. Everything I need to bolt them right up. (I do need the get that spacer CED sells, and new pads)

Prepare to hang yourselves.... For $200

well this summer will be doing a hahn stage 4 or 5 swap so will need that stopping power. You guys all have valid points I guess it boils down to preference and bank rolls. lol

Might just go Baer with calipers................. Unless I can find a wrecked 2008-2010!!! Hummmmmm

pick up the kit from ced. will cost you less then baer im pretty sure

Talk to Mongo about some brembo calipers and rotors.

I got everything from the calipers to the brake lines and caliper bolts all for $550

I used the CED conversion kit as my parts list and just went out and bought stuff used.

Waiting till warmer weather to put them on. Veryyyy sooon though, ill post pics after

CED conversion kit I will look that route then. Oh yeah I am waiting till May to start going hardcore at the car.
