hey man i was wondering do you get any vibration between shifts? the reason i ask is becuase i had h&r springs before and they dropped the car so low that the axle angles were to serious that it made the car vibrate between shifts... How are the axle angles? and how is bump steer affected? let me know cuz if i get possitive info about these springs i might order them becuase they are the closest to the drop i want(0.5 front; 1.0 rear)

I see no ill effects... no added vibration (I have poly mounts on everything so .. yeah) axles seem fine to me, look pretty straight actually... Sharp bumps hit a little harder than stock, but so far thats the only negative thing I've seen.

Ok thats good to hear then, cuz the h&r were horrible, my friend has sportlines and he's going throught the samething...my other option was to call eibach and see if they can custom amke me a set of springs....but i think it'll be to expensive. so this is the next option.

Sit's a little lower in the rear, but it takes a few weeks for the front springs to settle all the way. Mine still aren't completely leveled yet, but getting close

if they are the same "#1" brand that Nopionline.com stocks, then i'd have to stay that from past experience, i'd say stay away. My friend had them on his '03 Civic EX, and maaaannnnnnn did that car ride ROUGH. Riding behind him actually made me laugh b/c of how much his car bounced........looked pretty funny really. He's 6'2, so needless to say, he quickly became fed up with his head hitting the roof of his car due to the roughness of the springs. On top of that, after about 6 months of having the springs on is car, they still did not sit evenly, and never set they way they were supposed to. He ended up switching out to Suspension Techniques springs, which rode much better. However, when comparing rides with his car (well, when he had it, he now has an STi) and my SS, which has Eibach Sportlines on it, my car rides much much smoother.........essentially my car rides like it did stock. Not bouncy, not rough, and no spring squeaks like some springs. Pay the extra $$$ and get some quality springs, from the likes of Eibach, H&R, Tein or Sprint.

From what people say they are actually a little stiffer than stock so the car wouldn't be bouncing and if im not mistaken CA stands for Cobalt Addiction so i think they make them and that they are just based off of the SSC or the #1 brand springs.

#1 is Nopi's own personal brand. Go to Nopionline.com and look for yourself. My best friend who had the '03 Civic EX had a slew of #1 stuff on his car, including the springs, header, cat-back exhaust and even pedals. The #1 springs on CA might be licenced by CA, but are still made by #1, which is distributed by Nopi. Find any tuner mag and find a Nopi part's ad (usually several pages) and look at all the #1 stuff for basically all cars. You can get those EXACT springs on Nopionline.com which is why I know that they are not specifically "CA" springs. And stiffer springs means bouncier ride. My friends STi has much stiffer suspension stock than my Cobalt, and his ride is much rougher than mine.

The #1 springs give a softer ride then the stock SS/SC's springs and they were too soft for my car. The rear bottomed out and the fronts hit pretty hard. I would suggest paying a little more for a higher quality spring. I replaced mine with the Eibach Sportlines, they're the best IMO
